Erik provides counseling to individuals of all ages, couples and families.
All LSS therapists are knowledgeable in treating abuse, anger management, anxiety, depression, family relationships, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting, self-esteem, stress management, and substance use concerns

Erik provides individual, couples and family therapy. A recent graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, he focuses on holistic approaches to families, couples and individuals in crisis. Erik is adept at engaging and working with a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges.
Erik employs the latest approaches in marriage and family science, including Narrative Family Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy and Intergenerational Family Therapy.
Erik is an ordained minister in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, serving in rural congregations since 2014. Erik has also served as a volunteer firefighter and first responder. He is well acquainted with the impact of emotional and physical injury and navigating limited resources in rural areas.
